This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- In rare cases, processing may take slightly longer due to supplier stock availability, festivals, or logistics delays.
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Since we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location and the product you purchased.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic suppliers (within India):
5–12 business days - International suppliers (China / other countries):
10–25 business days
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier workload, customs checks, or unexpected delays.
- Delays caused by courier companies or customs are not under our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
- Some products may have free shipping, depending on the supplier and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp (if provided).
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear, especially for international shipments.
If tracking is delayed or not updated, please contact us — we will verify the status with the supplier.
5. Multiple ShipmentsIf you order multiple items:
- They may be shipped separately from different suppliers.
- You may receive them on different days.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses,
- Unreachable phone numbers,
- Customer unavailability.
If the product returns to the supplier, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and order details.
- If the package is lost in transit, we will work with the supplier/courier to resolve the issue.
- Refunds or replacements are based on supplier confirmation.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to:
- Customs checks
- Import taxes or handling fees
These charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
