Since we operate as a dropshipping-based online store, our return and refund process is subject to the policies of our supplier partners.
By placing an order on https://akbstore.in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are processed for shipping, whichever is earlier.
- Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- If canceled in time, your refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@akbstore.in with photos and order details.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery.
- Size, color, or model mismatch (please check details before ordering).
- Minor variations in product color, texture, or packaging due to supplier differences.
- Products categorized under cosmetics, personal care, or intimate items, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We’ll share the supplier’s return address or arrange a pickup if available.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the supplier will confirm acceptance.
Please note that return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved by the supplier, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, PayPal, etc.).
- If the supplier denies the return (e.g., used item, missing parts, or invalid reason), no refund will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products sold under clearance, discount, or “final sale” categories.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect usage.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment app again.
- Contact your payment provider — it may take additional processing time.
